摘要

为准确预测致密油气储层压裂水平井生产动态,提出了一套基于复杂缝网精细刻画的水平井数值模拟方法。在三维地质模型和地质力学模型基础上,考虑多裂缝应力阴影和天然裂缝作用,建立了裂缝扩展数值模拟模型,并根据施工压力响应曲线校正模型参数,定量刻画了缝网形态;提出了一种非结构化网格快速剖分方法,对人工裂缝系统进行表征,采用“双重介质+PEBI网格+缝网加密”的方法,将基质、天然裂缝和人工缝网耦合,从而建立了复杂缝网油藏数值模拟模型,模拟不同尺度介质内的渗流;通过历史拟合手段,调整基质和裂缝的孔隙度、渗透率和相渗等参数,对缝网模型进行反演、修正,预测水平井生产动态。实例应用表明,本文方法在定量精细刻画人工缝网的基础上,能够快速完成油藏历史拟合工作,得到较为可靠的数值模型,实现水平井开发动态特征的精准预测。

英文摘要

A numerical simulation method based on fine characterization of complex fracture network was proposed in order to accurately predict the production performance of fractured horizontal wells in tight oil and gas reservoirs. Based on the 3D geological model and geomechanical model, a numerical simulation model of fracture propagation was established, considering the effect of multiple fracture stress shadows and natural fractures. The model parameters were corrected according to the pump pressure response curve and the fracture network morphology was quantitatively characterized to obtain the discrete fracture grid parameters. A rapid method for generating unstructured grids that conformed to the hydraulic fracturing system was proposed. The matrix, natural fractures and artificial fracture network were then characterized by the combination of dual medium model, PEBI grid and mesh refinement technologies, and thus a numerical simulation model of complex fracture network reservoir was established to simulate the fluid flow in different media. By means of history matching, parameters such as porosity, permeability and phase permeability of matrix and fracture were adjusted and a corrected fracture network model was obtained to predict the dynamic production performance of horizontal wells. The field application shows that production history matching can be quickly achieved based on the fine characterization of fracture network and the production performance of horizontal well development can be accurately predicted with this method.
